Project Overview

In 2016, a small, glass-walled, shopping container house was constructed in Suzhou Industrial Park. The project utilizes six flat pack container units, with fully glass facades creating a modern and open visual experience. The first floor houses convenient retail space, while the second floor, accessed by a custom yellow staircase, serves as a private lounge area for the owner.

Client Requirements

The client sought a fast, economical, and modern construction solution for this small supermarket that would blend seamlessly into the surrounding urban environment. The design required bright, transparent display areas, easy customer access, and comfortable seating and storage spaces, while minimizing construction time and site disruption.

Our Solution

Ruilong provided a turnkey shopping container house solution, delivering a fully customized flat pack container structure with modern glass walls, efficient layout design, and integrated electrical and plumbing systems.

• Six modular units are combined horizontally to create a spacious retail layout.
• Extensive glass panels are integrated into the wall structure, enhancing visibility and aesthetics.
• The staircase and second-floor lounge area were customized to enhance functionality.
• All electrical, plumbing, and interior finishes were pre-installed at the factory to ensure fast on-site assembly.
